Right of Withdrawal

APPENDIX I - Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. This period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the product.

Exercise of Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form (see ANNEX II), but this is not obligatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. Send your communication to the contact details of Graham Hulsebos Sales Training, listed in APPENDIX II.

Consequences of Revocation.

Upon revocation, you will receive a refund from us of all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to a delivery method other than our standard delivery). The refund shall be made without delay and at the latest within 14 days after notification of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for this refund. We will wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but at the latest within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for diminished value of the goods due to use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
